The information practices and end-user terms for TitanRinse, a local-first storage-cleaning application.
TitanRinse (“TitanRinse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a storage-cleaning application that helps users locate and remove unnecessary files, including advertising cache, outdated APK files, temporary data, and residual files. We designed the app with local processing in mind, so its primary cleaning operations take place directly on your device.
TitanRinse needs file-management permission to inspect relevant storage locations, identify removable files, and carry out cleanup actions selected by you. The files detected during cleaning are handled locally and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not collect the contents of your personal files through the core cleaning feature.
TitanRinse may work with third-party providers that support attribution, analytics, Firebase services, advertising, and aggregation.
Attribution services can process installation and campaign information. Analytics and Firebase services may receive app events, diagnostics, performance details, or device-related information to help measure usage and maintain the app.
An aggregation platform used by TitanRinse may collect “Installed apps” information for “Advertising or marketing” purposes. Such information may be used for advertising-related analysis, measurement, or marketing functions. Each provider may process information under its own privacy terms.
Where personal-data laws apply, our processing may rely on your consent, performance of a service, legitimate interests, or compliance with legal obligations. When consent is required, you may withdraw it through available controls or by contacting us.
We do not sell the contents of your files. Certain information may be provided to third-party providers when needed for attribution, analytics, advertising, aggregation, security, or other supporting services.
Personal information is retained only for the period reasonably necessary for its stated purpose, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, information will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled appropriately. Third-party providers may follow their own retention schedules.

Requests can be submitted to our DPO. We may take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before completing a request.
The DPO can assist with privacy requests, data-rights inquiries, consent withdrawal, and questions about data sharing or sale.
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by TitanRinse. Core cleaning activities remain on your device, reducing the need to transmit your file contents externally.
TitanRinse does not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
This policy may be revised when TitanRinse, its services, third-party integrations, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be made available through the application.
Subject to this EULA, TitanRinse grants you a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the application on a supported device.
TitanRinse allows you to scan for and remove selected unnecessary files. You are responsible for checking the items presented for removal and should keep backups of files you consider important.
File-management access may be necessary for TitanRinse to perform its scanning and cleaning functions. Restricting this access can make related features unavailable.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse TitanRinse except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
TitanRinse may incorporate third-party services for analytics, attribution, Firebase, advertising, or aggregation. Those services may have separate terms governing their use.
TitanRinse is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Users should verify cleanup selections before confirming deletion.
You may end this agreement by uninstalling TitanRinse. We may suspend or terminate the license when necessary due to serious misuse, security concerns, or violation of this EULA.
This EULA is subject to applicable law and does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
